Accepting Applications

Lately, I've been pretty busy at work which leaves me little time to blog. It also drains all the blogging creativity out of me. So I decided I need someone to write me a really funny guest post. I know that's not the way it normally works, but that just makes it even better.
So, if you want to write something really funny for me, let me know. It's not enough that I expect you to entertain me on your blog, now I want you to entertain me on my blog too. I know, right.

*If you don't have a blog, you should definitely nominate yourself, cuz lets face it, you're not pulling your blog weight. (Suzanne)

I hardly ever write anything funny. At all. I just do stupid things that my husband thinks is funny to make fun of. My 8 year old finds himself hillarious. Maybe I should ask him to do this.

i don't find your idea lazy at all. In fact it's what most great minds do. let other people do your work for you.
I love you and think you are a great blogatarian. Go CEB (Chief executive Blogger).

Overheard while driving to Jeffrey's piano lessons: my children discussing herbivores, omnivores, mammals, and so forth. I answered a couple questions abt. mammals vs. reptiles without really being tuned into the conversation, and then I heard them say, "Yeah, mom doesn't lay eggs. She's a mammal."

I was amused.

That's as funny as I can give you, probably even if I wasn't tired, didn't have scouts to teach in two hours, and hadn't been watching my friend's four children while she had baby #5 yesterday at the hospital.

here's the deal: make something fantastic or blogworthy happen in my mundane life and I AM SO THERE FOR YOU. Some suggestions:

-fix the lottery so i win the 24 mill.
-Introduce me to Johnny Depp
-Set me up with a Board Certified Surgeon who will perform painless liposuction free of charge.

Let me know!

Oh come on people, someone step up.
In church they always encourage us to ask for help when we need it. are you willing to abandon me in my time of need?

so i am new to the blog world and haven't found my funny bone yet, mostly i am entertained by all you other bloggers thus far. but, i do have a pretty hilarious 4 year old and this is a repeat from myspace, sorry if you read it there. while eating lunch and hearing a random moustache comment on t.v. Beckham proceeds, "ya know mom i'm gonna grow a moustache on my chin like dad has a moustache on his chin. and then I am gonna shave my head, shave it to a big ball like dad's. then you won't even know who I and everyone will be like where's beckham, where's beckham cuz i'll be like dad with a moustache on my chin." 2 second pause "hmmm, but i don't have a moustache on my chin and see my long hair on my head." with no interruptions. hope you are entertained, I sure was, I even took the time to write it down in my family journal while it was still fresh.

my three year old is always typing away on the computer. He doesn't have his own blog so maybe he could be your guest poster since I'm too mean to ever publish his work. Some of his writing is really funny, here's a sample
