I'm way behind.

I was so lame, I couldn't even find my camera on Halloween, luckily, we took pictures of ourselves the weekend before when we all got dressed for our church party. So here is my obligitory post showing our costumes.

Disclaimer: No, my seven year old did not watch The Dark Knight, but he insisted on being the joker. Insisted. Could have died if he was not the joker. It is VERY important to me everyone know I did not let him watch the movie.

I have to admit, I'm a pretty hot Velma. Roxy is Daphne, she is convinced no one will know if we don't tell them.

I copied my costume after this photo, how'd I do?
p.s. don't google images of velma, you get very disturbing cartoon porn. Please just trust me on this.

*Ramona, this is for you: Unfortunatly, I couldn't find my camera on Halloween, fortunatly, we already had pics in our costumes.
Fortunatly, unfortunatly is ALWAYS on my mind now. Thanks for that.

I'm so glad you didn't let Ben see that movie, I was this close to judging you. That movie freaked me out.

Fortunately, you are a HOT Velma, unfortunatley, I am seriously scared of the Joker! Great Costumes....

I got that book from Amazon, and my kids are diggin it, once they got over the silliness of it all. I LOVE it!

Fortunately- I have time to check blogs. Unfortunately, it is really time for bed....

Your costume looks great. Spot on. I just wore a dumb, obnoxious t-shirt. Maybe I should follow your lead and try harder next year.

Hey, I was the Joker too (because my oldest was Batman and he needed a nemesis). And no, he hasn't seen the Dark Knight either, but he still loves the crap out of Batman.

I can't believe you let him watch that movie! And Ben's is scary. Your costume rocks! I am kidding about the movie... I know you said you didn't let him watch it. :)I just wanted a reaction out of you.

Great costumes! I'm jealous that you husband is not only willing to dress up for Halloween but also comes with you to blogger lunches. Seriously, what drugs do you use to get him to do your bidding?
