My opinion is, so long as it's not diet you're probably ok.
I let your kids drink monster & redbull.
You need me to teach you how to make spinach and blueberry smoothies- then you won't feel so guilty about the Mtn Dew :)

Pretty sure you can make ANYTHING with Mountain Dew.

I judge too..... but I don't drink or let my kids drink it.... but my family gives it to them to piss me off..... but I dunno....

No.... I should be more clear.... I judge myself.... am I being to strict? I drank the stuff growing up, but yet I don't let my kids? Is that being a hypocrite?
Whats my problem, again, with the judging.
About a week ago I saw these people at McDonalds that come into my work sometimes. Well this morning they came in again and they had McDonalds cups. And in my head I was all like 'Wow, they eat at Mcdonalds alot, no wonder they're overweight.'
Then I realized I, yes I, ate at McDonalds for breakfast this morning too. Just like them, and last week, just like them.
Seriously, I know I need to judge less.
If it is the ones I am thinking about, since I saw them with McD cups.... anyway..... I judged, too and look at me..... :( Like I have room to judge.......
